S&C Program

Our S&C squad work behind the scenes to deliver structured strength training programs delivered in 4-week blocks that focus on using Barbells and Dumbells, then culminate in a strength test where you see how heavy you can lift in the back squat, deadlift, and overhead press. These programs are designed to progressively build strength, carve your muscles, and burn body fat.

Understanding

We lift weights not to look like bodybuilders, but to build functional strength and tone and tighten the body. Functional strength means keeping our bodies strong enough to perform practical tasks outside of the gym well. If you’re a stay at home mom then you can expect to lift your shopping and do your house cleaning better. If you’re a tradey, than expect to move heavy objects with better technique and form while avoiding injury. If you’re a weekend or full-time athlete, expect gains in the speed and power department. No matter who you are, strength training only adds value in becoming a stronger, fitter, and healthier human being.

Our S&C coaches pride themselves in teaching the art of strength training in an environment that’s safe and encouraging. You don’t need to feel intimidated ever in an S&C class just because you’re lifting some Barbells. This class is for everyone.
