At Body Revival Health and Fitness we recognise that some kids want or need a more personalised approach when it comes to their health and fitness training. We aim to work with kids to help them in their goals, whether it be weight loss, improve fitness, increasing their strength, preparation to get into their local sporting teams, improve coordination, learning how to box and insight into better nutrition.

It is important for children to be active, especially with the obesity epidemic in Australia only getting worse. We want to help your child develop their body into a strong, healthy, and fit one. By training with a personal trainer, your child can learn how move their body correctly, and have fun while doing it!
