TECHNIQUE CLASSES

INDIVIDUALISED NUTRITION PLAN
– Each of our clients on the 10 week challenge are unique and different that’s why we do your individual macros and calories and organise a plan specific for you!

TRAINING / NUTRITION EDUCATION
– You will receive weekly emails and Blogs to help equip you with the knowledge to sustain your new healthy lifestyle.

LIVE NUTRITION / LIFESTYLE SEMINARS
– We will be hosting seminars where you can ask questions and receive clarity to ensure ease and structure with your nutrition and training.

FOOD DIARY FEEDBACK
– Weekly you will be able to submit your food diary to nutrition@bodyrevival.com.au and our nutritionist will look over how you have been doing, nutritionally, in detail providing you with constructive personal feedback to ensure continual improvement

GYM MEMBERSHIP INCLUDED
– Full access to our facilities with personal trainers on site to assist you with any training needs you may have!

SPECIALISED + PERSONALISED COACHING
– Our men will receive a program specific to you and your fitness capabilities.

ASSESSMENTS / 1-ON-1 SUPPORT
– your personal coach will assess you individually, accountability will be key. We will be touching base with you every week to make sure you are keeping on track and figuring out how we can best help you to progress through the challenge!

– Weekly mindset lessons to teach you how to overcome your personal obstacles!
