  1. How will you know my fitness level?
    We do a screening session on you to assess where your currently at fitness and strength wise.
  2. How do I get teamed up with a Trainer
    During your consultation we will discuss your goals and get to know you more. From there we will match you up with a trainer that will best help you achieve your goals. All trainers have a vast knowledge and personal experience to ensure we can get the best results out of you.
  3. Can I choose whether I have a female or male trainer?
    Yes you sure can. We have both Female and Male trainers, so we will do our best to team you up with your preferred gender.
  4. How much will it cost?
    This will depend on the package you choose and how long you commit. We have various packages available to different finances.
  5. What does Personal Training include?

  1. What happens if I can’t make my session?
    You need to give your trainer 24 hours notice and there will be no charge.
  2. How far in advance do I need to notify my trainer I cant make it?
    We require 24 hours notice.

    Every 4-6 weeks depending on your goals.
  5. How long will it take to see some results?
    We generally tell our members that you will see changes in your fitness and energy levels and moods within two short weeks. You should see a change in your appearance and strength within 6 weeks providing you are sticking to your nutritional plan and training regime as your Personal Trainer has set out for you.
  6. Am I tied into a long term contract?
    No, all of our packages are a minimum term, therefore you need to complete that minimum term that you have chosen and then you are able to cancel at any time after that.
  7. What makes you different from other Gyms?
    We don’t classify ourselves a gym. We get to know all of our members on a personal level and really focus on helping you all reach your goals in a fun atmosphere. You feel part of a community where are all uplift each other. Personal training has many inclusive elements to your package all aimed at getting you the results you want.
  8. Is there parking at your locations
    Yes there is both onsite parking and street parking
